We are looking to hire an individual, passionate about setting our team up for success and delivering an excellent experience to our customers. This is considered an admin position for our Production Department and will learn the ins-and outs of our business and learn how to be the most beneficial to this department.
Communicate details of project with customers
Have a deep understanding of how to navigate various forms of software, learn our custom CRM and be well rounded with technology.
Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services
Ensure all documents are prepared properly and packaged prior to production
Verify all photos, and inspection forms are uploaded to CRM
Pull permits, licenses and insurance information when necessary
Coordinate all deliveries and install crews in a sequential order that is common in exterior construction
Ensure all receipts, change orders, and communication is loaded into our CRM
Follow-up with customers regularly and provide ample communication for every step of the Customer Journey
Oversee emergency repair schedules, material returns, and inspections
Keep detailed log of calls and notes inside of our CRM
Progress the customer properly through the CRM, customer journey, from start to invoice.
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
PROVEN experience in the administrative field
Computer literate with a strong history in standard software applications
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
Professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results oriented
Flexible to work some nights/weekends if necessary, during the heavy season or during special project deadlines
Extremely well organized, and able to manage their time effectively
Possess the ability to work well within a team/collaborative environment
