This position will report to the General Manager and plays a crucial  part in the success of Kingdom Roofing Systems. The Best candidates will have the following

Description of Duties:
  • Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
  • Put security measures in place and manage daily
  • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency and enhance
  • Coordinate the needs of employees, remote employees, vendors, contractors, subcontractors etc.
  • Protect company and customer data from outside or internal infiltration
  • Assist with the installation and management of new hardware and software and proactively train employees to use
  • Manage and oversee departmental quotas
  • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes
  • Manage and oversee building security systems
  • Manage and oversee onsite server
  • Become an expert of our software solutions, build bridges between them to allow for pushing and pulling of imperative data
  • Think creatively to problem solve, and when there is no solution available, create one
  • Manage sales & production data and metrics. Develop or customize the tools to display the data necessary to measure our team’s success
  • Develop and document onboarding procedures for new employees in regards to email, signatures, hardware and software etc.
  • Provides IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users
  • Offer troubleshooting, support, and repair when IT equipment or networks malfunction
  • Provide phone, live chat, or in-person support, depending on the organization’s scope
  • Maintain records of hardware and software inventory
  • Assist with maintaining information security through controlled hardware or software installation and staff education
  • Stay updated regarding new technology through industry news
  • Travel to other locations, as needed, including Indianapolis Office to execute your job description
  • Special Projects and other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Demonstrate great customer service skills
  • Demonstrate great listening skills and exercises patience
  • Advanced understanding of various operating systems
  • Understanding of networking and servers
  • Ability to design and create web applications and systems
  • Advanced Troubleshooting skills
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Degree in IT related field highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 Years experience in professional IT services
  • Base Salary will be based on experience:  $40,000 – $52,000 per year
  • Company supplies laptop and all needed tools
  • Paid Holidays, Vacation & PTO
