Sales Canvassing Manager

Description of Duties:

  • Directly manage our Insurance Restoration Sales Team
  • Recruit, onboard, develop and train new sales reps according to Kingdom’s sales process
  • Create canvassing routes and supervise sales generating activities in the field
  • Coach our insurance salesmen through the insurance claims process – Signing contingencies, reading scopes, supplementing, upselling
  • Hold daily huddles and weekly sales meetings with your team
  • Facilitate achieving/exceeding sales goals for the insurance sales division of Kingdom
  • Perform ride-along with our Sr. Insurance Project Advisors to continue developing and improving their skills
  • Record & Track Sales data daily


Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have valid license and dependable vehicle
  • Must have 2 years+ of management experience and a track record of success with a team of canvassing salesman
  • Must have the ability to train and coach canvassing sales reps
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervisor, why still maintaining progress
  • Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new software and programs
  • Coachable – Must be willing to learn the Kingdom sales process
  • Leadership – Must be willing to lead by example. 80%+ of your time will be spent in the field with your reps.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Proficient with standard office software (i.e. Word, Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, CRMs) 



  • Base Pay: $40k-$60k+ annual salary (weekly pay) based on experience
