Emma was great and Jeff was awesome. Both of these individuals did what they said. Tom just wants to schedule you as fast as possible and when there is an issue he ignores it and he doesn’t follow up on anything. He’s terrible to communicate with. All tho the crew who showed up to install my roof on the house and my garage. Clearly backed into my garage door but no one will take blame that they did it. All tho the crews truck and trailer are infront of the garage door. And all my vehicles are parked in the yard. And by video surveillance showing the crew backing into the garage. And then saying it wasn’t them is a bunch of crap. Supposedly the head person who looks over the company did nothing about the situation and the damage to the garage door. Kingdom roofing told me they would have all the materials dropped off and after the job is done they will pick up the rest of the materials. Well the materials were left in my driveway and right infront of the front porch so no one could get up the steps to get to the front door. This was like this for almost a week. Tom just wants to schedule you as fast as possible and when there is an issue he ignores it and he doesn’t follow up on anything. He’s terrible to communicate with.

Asked for an assessment for hail damage. Josh was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Provided exactly what I needed to know honestly. Thankfully I do not need work at this time, but I will be sure to call Josh if and when I do.

They did a thorough inspection of the roof from the outside and inside. They were professional and courteous. I chose not to replace the roof at this time. They did not try to force me into doing it. They respected my decision. When I decide to do the roof I will call them again

First and foremost first impressions are everything. Jeff was straight forward and honest. We went over many options and made educated choices that fit my budget and included my wife's opinions to make certain the entire household was happy. The roof is beautiful. We did have a couple issues but they were all addressed in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jeff and refer him personally. Thank you Sir for everything you do. You are a true asset to your company and industry.

We had a total makeover including a metal roof, siding, and gutters. Cody helped us with details including colors that were compatible with neighborhood. Emma and Melissa kept us on track with all team leaders. Armando and Victor were key on site project leaders.
