Emma was great and Jeff was awesome. Both of these individuals did what they said. Tom just wants to schedule you as fast as possible and when there is an issue he ignores it and he doesn’t follow up on anything. He’s terrible to communicate with.   All tho the crew who showed up to install my roof on the house and my garage. Clearly backed into my garage door but no one will take blame that they did it. All tho the crews truck and trailer are infront of the garage door. And all my vehicles are parked in the yard. And by video surveillance showing the crew backing into the garage. And then saying it wasn’t them is a bunch of crap. Supposedly the head person who looks over the company did nothing about the situation and the damage to the garage door. Kingdom roofing told me they would have all the materials dropped off and after the job is done they will pick up the rest of the materials. Well the materials were left in my driveway and right infront of the front porch so no one could get up the steps to get to the front door. This was like this for almost a week. Tom just wants to schedule you as fast as possible and when there is an issue he ignores it and he doesn’t follow up on anything. He’s terrible to communicate with.

First and foremost first impressions are everything. Jeff was straight forward and honest. We went over many options and made educated choices that fit my budget and included my wife's opinions to make certain the entire household was happy. The roof is beautiful.
