Kelsey Ferguson

Warranty Supervisor | Production

Kelsey Ferguson is the Warranty Supervisor at Kingdom Roofing Systems, working alongside the Production Department to help ensure homeowners receive timely support and excellent service after their projects are complete. With previous experience in both sales and production within the roofing industry, Kelsey brings a strong understanding of customer care, communication, and problem-solving to the Kingdom team.

Before entering roofing, Kelsey spent 14 years as a 911 dispatcher, dedicating her career to helping people during some of their most difficult moments. That experience helped shape her calm, caring, and solutions-focused approach to serving others.

Kelsey is the youngest of five siblings and shares life with her dog, Denver. When she’s not working, she loves traveling, attending sporting events, and going bike riding. She’s also a huge Boston Red Sox fan and lives by the quote, “If you can, you must.”

One thing that may surprise people about Kelsey is her impressive talent as a professional-level gift wrapper.
